Finance / Accounting Section
The Finance/Accounting Department is responsible for generating adequate and predictable levels of funding to finance the Parish Council’s services and operations. Our objective is to implement appropriate accounting and financial management procedures that ensure standardized, transparent and effective management of the Council’s financial affairs.
Commercial Services
The Commercial Services Unit is responsible for the proper management of all markets, abattoirs, transportation centres, cemeteries, sanitary conveniences, car parks and commercial entities, which are under the authority of the Municipal Corporation. The mandate of the Commercial Services Department is to work closely with the residents of St. Ann to ensure that customer expectations are met, and that the development of the parish economy is sustained.
