On Wednesday May 18, 2016 the St. Ann Parish Council had a soft launch for its Youth Advisory Task Force, following in the footsteps of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation ( KSAC ).
We are extending our hands extensively in the field of Community Development by including the Youths in Local Policy Development, we are strengthening our Participatory Governance Framework and by
extension helping to build a stronger Nation!
Thank you to these students from the Brown's Town Community-College and the Moneague Community College for attending, along with:
Deputy Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Andrew Swaby, Hon. Norma Walters, JP Custos Rotulorum of St. Ann, Mr. Tristan Williams, Chairman Youth Advisory Task Force (KSAC) other representatives from various agencies and Officers and Councillors of the St. Ann Parish Council.
Look out for us in your Communities, at your Schools, at your Club Meetings etc., as we embark on our Public Relations Activities to build awareness on this initiative.
